毕业

Petition to Graduate

学生 can petition at any time before the deadlines for petitioning to graduate based on their graduation (last) semester. 你可以使用你的 学习计划 to determine your anticipated graduation semester.  请浏览 毕业 website to determine these deadlines.  Dates and deadlines for the online programs do not always coincide with those of the main-campus programs.

所有毕业生(硕士).A., BAP) and Graduate Certificate (Assistant Behavior Analyst/Behavior Analyst) students are required to petition to graduate.  只有米.A., Behavior Analysis Practice students are eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony. 4th to 5th Transition (Non-Matriculating 学生) should not petition to graduate.

过程

第一:

运行一个 Degree Evaluation (CAPP) report- This report is for the graduation office. You can review your CAPP report and run this report at any time. This report is for your records and 不 require submission.

  1. 去 http://t9a.ptc2010.net/students/
  2. 点击爪子
  3. Login with your TRACKS Username and Password
  4. 单击学生选项卡
  5. Click Student Records
  6. Click Degree Evaluation (CAPP)
  7. Select the Current Term
  8. Click Generate New Evaluation
  9. Click Generate Request
  10. Detail Requirements (Enhanced Version) should already be selected
  11. 单击Submit

完成一个 petition to graduate

  1. 去 http://t9a.ptc2010.net/students/
  2. 点击爪子
  3. Login with your TRACKS Username and Password
  4. 单击学生选项卡
  5. Click Student Records
  6. Click Petition to Graduate
  7. Select a term—(select any term available, it is not the graduation term. You will be asked to select a graduation term later in the process.)
  8. 单击Submit (follow the prompts)
  9. After you complete the petition, you can click View Petition to Graduate .

  3. Login with your TRACKS Username and Password
  4. 单击学生选项卡
  5. Click Student Records
  6. Click View Petition to Graduate

NOTE: If you need to change your Petition for any reason, email graduation@适合.edu and request to deactivate your current petition to graduate. Once it has been deactivated, you will be able to re-petition in PAWS for the new graduation semester.

毕业 Attendance:

Master's Degree 学生 Attending 毕业:

学生 completing the M.A. program are invited to attend graduation the graduation ceremony. This is not a requirement. 毕业 is intended for those to whom a degree is being conferred.

学生 who will graduate in a 夏天 semester will have their degree conferred at the end of the summer semester but may choose to attend the 春天 graduation ceremony in May OR 秋天 graduation ceremony in December.  毕业 ceremonies are held based on on-campus degree program end dates.

Certificate/Transition 学生 Attending 毕业:

Certificate programs do not earn a graduate degree; they are not included in commencement ceremonies.

M.A. students should visit the 毕业 web page and select their 秋天/春天 Commencement semester to find order information for 毕业徽章. ABA students will wear regalia for the College of Psychology and Liberal 艺术.
